So you are having trouble with your EasyWorship 2009 software running in Windows 10. If you are looking for a way to bypass the activation and registration process of this software, then this article is not for you Softouch developers (the makers of EasyWorship) devoted their time and effort for the development of this software.

  • This patch is for you if
    • you are running EasyWorship 2009 Build 1.9 (or bellow)
    • you are running the latest version of Windows 10
    • text boxes and buttons in editor window are blocked
      • you can no longer create, and edit songs

I added a mirror site of the build 2.4 patch just in case you can't access the EasyWorship support site. The original support page has been taken down from the EasyWorship site. As a result, you may no longer be able to access the original article in EasyWorship's support website

Please note that I am not responsible for any loss and damages in your computer when you download the file below. Please be informed that Softouch is no longer supporting this version of EasyWorship.

I hope it helps. God bless :)

Dearly Loved EasyWorship Customers,

We have some good news! If you’ve upgraded to Windows 10 recently, you may have noticed that EasyWorship 2009 is now incompatible. We have a patch for you. But please allow us to explain a few things first.

Why did you guys release a patch?

We released the patch to give you more time to make the transition to EasyWorship 6.

The November update of Windows 10 made EasyWorship 2009 incompatible. This situation caused some panic among our customers because their weekend worship schedule was built in version 2009. Many of you have expressed that you’re not ready to make the transition to EasyWorship 6, for various reasons. Since our mission is to serve and help the Church, we reacted to this crisis by releasing a patch for 2009.

Where can I download the patch?
You can download the EasyWorship 2009 Build 2.4 patch here: Download Windows 10 Patch

First, make sure you have EasyWorship 2009 build 1.9 (help, about EasyWorship), make sure EasyWorship is closed, then download and run the file. It will replace the current EasyWorship 2009 build 1.9 / 2.3 application file with the new 2009 build 2.4 file. You’re good to go!

Will you release any more updates or bug fixes to version 2009?

At present, we do not plan on updating or enhancing version 2009. We are going to focus on current and future versions of EasyWorship. It doesn’t make any sense for us to neglect the current version of our software in order to improve an older version.

It’s possible that Microsoft will release another update that may cause version 2009 to be incompatible again. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to version 6 as soon as possible.

I really love EasyWorship 2009 and I’m not sure about upgrading to version 6. What are my options?

You can download a FREE trial of EasyWorship 6 and check it out for yourself. Here’s a link to the download page: Download EasyWorship 6

These videos will show you how to use the new version: Watch EasyWorship 6 Training Videos

If you want to test EasyWorship 6 in a live church service before you buy it, just send an email to [email protected] and request a FREE 30-day Live Projection License.

What’s the difference between the two?

The free trial never expires, so you can build presentations in EasyWorship forever if you want. But the Live Projection License — which enables you to use EasyWorship in a live environment — expires in 30 days. After 30 days, a watermark image will display on the live output screen.

If you love EasyWorship 2009, then you’re REALLY going to love EasyWorship 6. Now that Preview Window and Nursery Alerts have been added back in, the two layouts look very similar.
Here’s a side-by-side view:

There are more customers who have upgraded to version 6 than customers who upgraded to version 2009. There’s a lot to love in EasyWorship 6, and we think you’re going to dig it.
Check it out and let us know what you think!

Sincerely,
The EasyWorship Team
